COLORADO BLUES

We lived in Colorado when I first began painting in watercolor and aspens trees have long been one of my favorite subjects. You can have so much fun with the scars on the bark and their tall shapes. I painted Colorado Blues on gesso coated 140 lb paper which lets the colors remain bright and true.
