I was going through some paintings in my studio and stumbled across this painting of trees that had been used to demonstrate how layers of negative painting can add depth to a background. I began with wet paper, applied some yellow ochre, sap green and pthalo blue. When that was dry I started painting around the main trees and working my way to the foreground.
The big question now is what to name the painting - any ideas?
