Since we are right in the middle of autumn with all of its glorious shades of orange, gold and yellow the Creative Monday Challenge for this week is to paint something using a predominately warm color scheme. As I was looking through my paintings to find an example I realized how often I use cool tones in my watercolors and when I do use some warm colors I still balance them out with a lot of cool tones. SUNRISE was the closest I could get with its bright orange and yellow colors even though I have cool blues in my trees. Hopefully you will do better with the challenge!
