We are in that time of year where getting ready for the holidays can take over our lives and leave little time for creativity and art. We just need to remind ourselves that it is perfectly okay to step away from the studio and tend to other aspects of our lives. That half finished painting will still be there in a few weeks and sometimes it is helpful to give that part of our brain a little rest and return to it in a few weeks refreshed and with renewed artistic energy.
