Sometime you just need to let go. Get ride of art supplies that you no longer use, books that have lost their magic, piles of knick knacks collecting dust and even old paintings. I think all artists have a stack of unfinished paintings that they keep pushing to the side with every intention of getting back to them one day.
Now is the time to go through that stack and decide if any of them are worth revisiting and trying to finish or should they be painted over and started anew or just thrown away. It is not an easy task, but worthwhile!
