TROPICAL HIBISCUS

My brother lived on the beautiful island of Kauai for twenty years and I loved visiting and seeing all the big, colorful tropical flowers. I painted these hibiscus blooms using watercolor on rice paper with melted wax as a resist for a fabric, batik look.
