CABIN FLOWERS
Watercolor, Collage & Oil Pastel - 11x15
I began this painting with watercolor and then collaged on some tissue paper, painted some more and then used oil pastels for the field of wild flowers and high lights on the building and trees.
With watercolor you always need to paint light to dark but sometimes I get the urge to add some lights on top of my darks - oil pastels provide that opportunity.
