Do you struggle for balance in your life with family, faith, friends, art and play? It is easy to get caught up in trying to keep everyone else happy and to feel like we can't say no when asked to do something but it helps to remember to be more purposeful in our decisions. Some doors open that we don't have to walk through. Is it something that will enrich our life, build a relationship or strengthen a talent? If so, then say yes. If not, say no without guilt. Not always easy to do, but worthy of trying.
