My mom came to visit us for July 4th when the kids and grandbaby were here and stayed an extra week after they all left. We always have fun seeing movies, eating out and shopping but this time I surprised her with tickets to see Beauty and the Beast at the Cumberland Playhouse in Crossville, TN.
My mom loves the theater and the production could not have been any better. They did an amazing job and the actress who played Belle was fantastic. As a visual artist and relatively shy person there is NO way I could get up on a stage and perform so I have a great appreciate for the creativity that goes in to a production like that. The acting, costumes, stage sets, singing and orchestra - amazing!!!
