SPRING FLING

As part of my goal to 'play' more in the studio this summer I painted these bright and colorful sunflowers on watercolor canvas. The canvas provides a slick surface which allows for a more direct and bold style of painting. You can also completely lift the colors off and get back to the white of the canvas if needed.
