Our expectations can play a huge role in how much joy we receive from any given project - whether we are working on something at home, running errands, spending time with friends or starting an art project.
High expectations provide a target to direct our energies toward and therefor inspire growth and discovery. Unrealistic expectations, however, can set us up for failure and leave us feeling downhearted. Remember to take things a step at a time, embrace the imperfections along the way and to enjoy the journey!
