SPRING IN A JAR & The Value of Practice

SPRING IN A JAR
Watercolor - 11x14

Good materials won't make you a good painter. Learning and understanding design concepts is not enough. Developing good technique is a great start but not enough to create paintings that are compelling and polished.

Practice is the key for becoming a successful artist. Practice is like any other discipline, it takes time and commitment. Even if you can only paint for short periods of time it will add up and build your artistic skills and confidence.

To become an intuitive, creative and consistent painter you need to partner study with practice!
