ASPENS & ROCKS
Watercolor Collage - 15x22
I love the versatility of watercolor and the fact that it is so easy to combine all sorts of other mediums with it. For Aspens & Rocks I painted different pieces of rice papers and then collaged them on to the rocks in the foreground for added color and texture. I also glued on 140 lb watercolor paper for a couple of the aspen trees.
