PINK HIBISCUS

It seems like most paintings are created in a rectangular format, whether vertical or horizontal. A few years ago you started seeing more and more square paintings showing up so I decided to give it a try. The challenge I had painting Pink Hibiscus was to not put the flower in the exact center of the square composition. I added the bud for visual interest in the upper corner of the square.
