I loved seeing all of your wonderful paintings of a favorite memory last week and especially enjoyed the stories that went with them.
The Creative Monday Challenge this week is to paint on watercolor canvas. It is completely different than traditional watercolor paper because the paint sits more on the surface, allowing for a free and painterly effect. It is also easy to lift the paint off in areas that you want to be lighter. You can buy a pad of it at Michaels or Hobby Lobby and use your 40% Off coupon.
