Large Sunflower, Color and Bubble Wrap

BEGINNINGS
Watercolor - 15x22

One large sunflower, sweeping color and a little bubble wrap made for an interesting composition in this watercolor painting. I used a half sheet of 140 lb watercolor paper and painted larger than I normally do, using negative painting to bring out the shapes of the petals and leaves and stamping with bubble wrap for fun texture.
I sell my paintings unmatted so that the collector can mat and frame to their own taste but this photo gives you an idea of what it would look like all framed up!
