Two Textured Pieces Off to Illinois

FLORAL BLUES
Watercolor on Rice Paper - 11x15
SOLD

Both of these paintings were purchased by Irma for her home in Illinois. It is always interesting to see what style and color people gravitate towards and I am guessing that blue is a favorite color of hers. She also chose two paintings that focus on texture - Floral Blues is painted on rice paper that creates cracks and crevices for the paint to settle in to and Water Lilies is a watercolor batik painted on fibrous, textured rice paper.

WATER LILIES

  1. These two are beautiful and I am sure will look lovely framed and hanging together. The batik is fabulous.

  2. Martha paintings are lovely and the grapes and leaves from your previous post are so gorgeous. Hope you have fun teaching your techniques - have you ever thought about doing online classes? You have such creative ideas. Take care and have a good week.
