SOLITUDE
Watercolor & Oil Pastel - 8x10
For Solitude I combined watercolor and white oil pastel. The pastel will resist the paint, leaving the white to show through. Since it is often hard to save your whites in watercolor, this is a nice way to have highlights in the water and white trees in the background.
