Do you struggle for balance in your life? How much of yourself to give to family, faith, friends, art and play? It is easy to get caught up in trying to keep up with everyone and everything around you but I have been trying to be more intentional with my decisions this year.
I have learned that I don't need to walk through every door that opens. I try to determine if it is something that will enrich my life, build a relationship or strengthen a talent. If so, then I say yes. If not, then I say no without guilt. Not always easy do, but worthy of trying.
