Left Brain vs.Right Brain

SOLITARY DELIGHT
Watercolor on gessoed paper - 11x15

Left Brain vs Right Brain - we often hear that one side of the brain is creative (right) and one is analytical (left). You know the stereotypes - anyone who works with numbers or science is considered 'left brained'. They think analytically, use procedures that keep things in check and organize numbers into the proper places. Their outcomes are predictable. A 'right-brained' person tends to be freer in their thinking. They often prefer the more creative, changeable side of life,  think outside of the box and aren’t afraid to deviate from the norm.

I feel like I am a little of both - I always loved math and got a degree in engineering but I also love art and anything creative. I can be free and loose in my painting but organized with the business side of art. How do you see yourself?
