Seems like I have been on a watercolor batik kick lately - once I heat up the wax it is easier to work on several paintings at once. I have not painted alot of koi fish but the overall theme of this composition really lent itself to using the batik process on the textured rice paper.
KOI FISH was purchased by Jessica and is on its way toa new home in West Virginia
