Pueblo Garden is a mixed media painting purchased by Elaine in Virginia. I used oil pastel to establish some of the bright colors in the flowers and chili peppers. I then began painting with watercolor which will resist any place there is pastel and used some coffee for texture on the adobe. I have been selling alot of paintings in eastern states lately - interesting to see the different subjects and styles that are headed that way!
